1. Introduction
Welcome to the NAEST Token Airdrop. By participating in this airdrop, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
2. Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
- The airdrop is not available to residents of countries where participation in such activities is prohibited by law.
- Participants must have a valid Solana wallet address to receive the NAEST tokens.
3. Airdrop Details
- The airdrop will distribute a total of 75,000,000 NAEST tokens maximum.
- Each eligible participant will receive 1,000 NAEST tokens.
- The airdrop will commence on 20th of February 2025 and end on 31st of March 2025.
4. Participation Requirements
- Participants must complete the airdrop registration form, providing accurate and truthful information.
- Participants must verify their email address and Solana wallet address as part of the registration process.
- Participants agree to comply with any additional requirements specified by the NAEST team.
5. Distribution of Tokens
- Tokens will be distributed to the verified Solana wallet addresses according to the Vesting Plan after the airdrop ends.
- The NAEST team reserves the right to delay distribution due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Limitation of Liability
- The NAEST team is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from participation in the airdrop, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorized access, or incorrect wallet addresses.
- Participants acknowledge that the value of NAEST tokens may fluctuate and that the NAEST team does not guarantee any specific value.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
- Participants' personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- The NAEST team will not share participants' personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
8. Amendments
The NAEST team reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via email.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
